Meet Our Founder

Gabriella is a bilingual higher education strategist, equity advocate, and college admissions consultant with over six years of experience transforming student potential into acceptance letters, from first-generation dreamers to Ivy-adjacent admits at Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Northeastern, and beyond.​

 

She founded the Flores Forward Foundation on a simple conviction: the right guidance at the right moment can fundamentally change a student's trajectory.

 

What began as a passion project grew into a thriving 501(c)(3) nonprofit, now serving 4,000+ first-generation Latino and underserved students with free, personalized college admissions support and a 100% college enrollment rate to show for it.​Her expertise spans school list development, essay strategy, extracurricular positioning, financial aid navigation, and long-term student relationship management.​

A Boston University M.Ed. graduate in Education Leadership and Policy Studies, Gabriella brings both the academic foundation and lived experience to her work. She advises in English and Spanish, ensuring no student's story gets lost in translation.
